Haitian Relief Project

Learn about an exciting project that will benefit 300 orphans at the Consolation Center of Haiti in Les Cayes.  The Social Action Leadership Team of VU’s Chapel of the Resurrection has adopted this project for its 2018 World Relief Campaign.  The effort seeks to construct a vocational training center out of reused shipping containers to provide skills the orphans will need to find meaningful employment when they are adults.

The Valparaiso University French Club will present a short history of that portion of Haiti under discussion.
