Information Table Registration Form

17th World Cultural Festival 

Sunday, September 20, 2026

12PM – 5PM 

Cultural organizations or groups wishing to present information, conduct activities, or give demonstrations with a cultural or international focus are invited to set up a table at the festival venue.

  • (One 8-ft table & 2 chairs will be provided. Electrical service is available.)
  • ORGANIZATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP THEIR TABLES STAFFED THROUGHOUT FESTIVAL HOURS (12PM-5PM). 
  • DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.
  • Location: William E. Urschel Pavilion at Central Park Plaza, Downtown Valparaiso
  • Set-Up: 11am to 12pm  
  • Take Down:  5pm onwards

Registration Fees

  • Student Org – $20            
  • Non-Profit Org – $40              
  • For Profit Org – $75

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, final participants will be chosen by juried selection. Return of this form does not guarantee your participation.

Please make check payable to “The Valparaiso International Center” and mail to the Valparaiso International Center no later than September 1, 2026.
