17th World Cultural Festival Food Vendor Form

Sunday, September 20, 2026

12PM – 5PM  

  • Location: William E. Urschel Pavilion at Central Park Plaza, Downtown Valparaiso, Indiana
  • Set-Up: 10am-12pm          
  • Take Down: 5pm
  • The VIC will provide table space and general signage.
  • Electricity and water are available at the pavilion site.
  • Vendors will provide their own food service equipment: food service containers, storage and utensils; customer service items (plates, utensils and napkins), etc.
  • IT IS THE VENDOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN NECESSARY PERMITS FOR OFF-SITE FOOD SERVICE
  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, final vendors will be chosen by juried selection. Return of this form does not guarantee your participation.

SALES/PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The VIC will sell tickets ($1 per ticket). Vendors will “price” food items in increments of $1. Vendors will redeem tickets at the end of the event. The VIC requests a donation of 25% (e.g. if a vendor has “sold” 200 tickets/$200, the suggested donation will be 50 tickets/$50.) 

Please submit this form no later than AUGUST 1, 2026. If your form is not received by this date, we will contact another vendor.
