Vendor Registration Form

17th World Cultural Festival

12PM – 5PM  

Businesses/organizations wishing to sell FAIR-TRADE and/or INTERNATIONAL ITEMS are invited to host a table at the festival venue. Sales of merchandise and services other than those described above are not permitted. Any food items must be in manufacturer’s packaging.

• (One 8-ft rectangular table & two chairs provided. Electrical service is available.)
• VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP THEIR TABLES STAFFED THROUGHOUT FESTIVAL HOURS (12PM-5PM). 
• DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.
• Location: William E. Urschel Pavilion at Central Park Plaza, Downtown Valparaiso
• Set-Up: 11am to 12pm
• Take Down: 5pm onwards
