DENMARK – Fourth Friday

    CATRINE FAURBY shared stories about Denmark, a constitutional monarchy in northern Europe with a long history and a thriving economy.    She described her life as a Danish high school student and how it differs from the American lifestyle she discovered here.  Among Catrine’s topics were the royal family, Danish customs and cuisine, and some of the country’s more popular export products, including Lego toys and costume jewelry.                                                           

Catrine is a Rotary International exchange student at Valparaiso High School.
