Yabtsega Wolde

Yabtsega Wolde was born in Bale Goba, Ethiopia and was raised in the capital Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She spent 12 years at a Catholic school named Kidane Meheret located in the capital. At the age of 18, she graduated and received the opportunity to do her post graduate year on a scholarship at La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana. In August 2022, Yabtsega started her undergrad journey at Valparaiso University and is currently a Junior pursuing a BSN in Nursing.

Sara Tewoldemedhin

Sara Tewoldemedhin was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Sara attended True Way Academy for her elementary and middle school education, before switching to Deborah Academy for her 7th through 12th grades. At the age of 18, she graduated from high school, and after a gap year, had an opportunity to come to Valparaiso University to pursue her undergrad degree in biochemistry.
