GORDANA TRAYCOFF talked about the history and culture of her native Macedonia.  From the glory of Alexander the Great to the days of Communist Yugoslavia, Macedonia has lived through a long series of conflicts but today faces a bright developmental future.  She led participants in Macedonian dance and provided a buffet of typical foods.

Gordana is the owner of Café Barista in Valparaiso and is an advocate for a healthy-eating lifestyle.
